Eligibility Requirements
1. Must acquire minimum score of 150 in JAMB
2. Must be at least 16 years old
3. Must make FUTO his or her first choice in JAMB
4. Must have sat for SSCE with 5 credits in not more than two sitting and MBBS for one sitting

1. Visit FUTO Official Website
2. Select Prospective students, Undergraduate
3. Generate Invoice
4. Enter Your JAMB registration number to generate invoice from remita
5. Choose mode of payment (proceed to bank or online payment with ATM)
6. After payment of #2000, return to FUTO portal
7. Select Application form
8. Enter Your JAMB registration number and login
9. Complete the registration online form with your correct details
10. Confirm your registration form
11. Submit and print your registration form slip
