JAMB Releases UTME Examination Results
Joint Admission And Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released over 1.6 million UTME Results for the last concluded 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
As of now, JAMB UTME Results checking is only available on mobile Phone.
JAMB made it clear that the UTME Result Checking portal will be open soon so that all the candidates will access their results without cost fee.
JAMB warns the general public to stay away from Result forgery or any illegal activities.
JAMB spokesman, Dr Fabian Benjamin disclosed to the public that the highest UTME result was forged using internet and pleaded with JAMB candidates never to engage in such illegal act.
JAMB also made it known to the general public that candidates below 16 years old, are not eligible for JAMB UTME.
Official age of JAMB UTME Admission is 16 years old and above, anything below, is not eligible.

JAMB delisted many JAMB CBT Centres for examination malpractices, technical issues, poor performances and inadequate facilities like laptop computer systems, electrical Issues, CCTV cameras etc.
They also warned over 70 JAMB CBT Centres to upgrade their centres.
How To Check Your JAMB UTME Result With Mobile Phone
To Check Your JAMB UTME Result, you need to follow these instructions below:
1. After writing your JAMB UTME, wait for a day to check your result
2. Use the mobile Phone number, that was used for your JAMB registration to avoid delay
3. Go to your mobile Phone message app and type " UTMERESULT" ( note: it should be in capital letters)
4. Press Send to any of these numbers: 55019 or 66019
5. A message will be sent back, your JAMB UTME Result containing your four subject scores
Notes:
1. 50 naira will be charged from your mobile Phone number for the service
2. If you received a message, showing Absent, withheld or Registration cancelled, you need to visit the JAMB UTME result portal to confirm your result or contact JAMB Office near your and lay the complain to them
