How to apply for NDDC Foreign Post-Graduate Scholarship Program



Niger Delta Development Commission calls for scholarship application for 2026/2027 Foreign Post-Graduate Scholarship Program.
This opportunity is open to graduates that have completed their first degree certificate program in their various universities and have also obtained a certificate ( mainly for first class and second class upper division).

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is a federal government agency established in 2000, mandated to develop and manage the Niger Delta region, comprising nine states: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers.

So if you are from any of the Niger Delta Development Commission States mentioned above,  you are eligible to apply for the Nigeria Delta Development Commission Scholarship with your complete application documents.

2. Biotechnology 
3. Environmental Sciences 
4. Geosciences
5. Information Technology/Artificial Intelligence 
6. Medical Sciences 
7. Architecture/ Building Technology

How To Apply 
Eligible candidates should apply on NDDC website 

Application Procedures 
1. After submitting you details and relevant documents to NDDC 
2. Successful shortlisted candidates will have their WAEC or NECO result ready,  with their first degree certificate and Local Government Identification Card.
3. The Candidates ( shortlisted) will undergo CBT test and  score at least 70% as minimum. 
4. The success candidates that have passed the test score, will be further shortlisted.
5. The final verification will be done at the candidate's Local Government and Community Development Committee.

2. Local Government Identification Letter 
3. Post-Graduate Admission Letter 
4. First Degree certificate 
5. NYSC certificate

Application starts on March 23, 2026 and ends on April 19, 2026.
